We're recruiting an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a busy hotel finance team in Cosham, based near Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure an immediate-start role on an assignment expected to last 1-2 months, working Monday to Friday 9-5 in a fully office-based position, where you'll support day-to-day finance operations, gain valuable experience, and work closely with an experienced Finance Manager in a friendly team of three.

Key Responsibilities
As an Interim Accounts Assistant, you'll play an important part in keeping the finance function running smoothly:
Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
Raising and managing PO numbers
Supporting invoice processing and reconciliations
Assisting with preparation for an upcoming audit
Working closely with the wider finance team
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates who can offer:
Immediate availability and ability to start as soon as possible
Previous Accounts Assistant, Credit Control, or Accounts Admin experience
Strong attention to detail and organised working style
Good communication skills and team focus
Hotel sector experience preferred, but not essential
