Your role with us :
As a VIP Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players on Stake. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.
All communication with players is done through chat, so excellent written communication skills and the ability to express empathy and understanding through chat are essential.
Work hours and location :
Mon - Fri: 9am - 2pm (Office), 9pm - 11pm (Home)
Saturday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home) OR Sunday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-value clients to understand their needs.
2. Understand client objectives and decision-making processes to form long-term partnerships.
3. Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.
4. Identify growth opportunities within your client base and collaborate with VIPs for maximum growth.
5. Ensure timely delivery of products aligned with customer needs.
6. Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business.
7. Use communication tools such as chat, email, Telegram, and other platforms to engage with VIP players.
8. Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.
9. Work with VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Hosts to contribute to team goals.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills.
3. Knowledge of sports and gambling is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of cryptocurrency is advantageous.
5. Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
