The RNLI is looking for a dedicated Retail Merchandiser to join our inclusive and collaborative Retail Product Team. The Retail Buying and Merchandising Team supports the RNLI by raising income and selling merchandise to the general public; 100% of the profit from this is passed back to the RNLI. Some of your retail merchandising responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Merchandising Manager and Buying Team to maximise sales across retail channels Trading Reports Management Stock and Sales Forecasting and Management across a multitude of product areas Minimising loss through active stock management Supporting assortment planning and range building To succeed in this flexible Merchandiser position, you must have experience in a merchandising environment within the retail Buying and Merchandising sector. You will also require excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages. In addition, you should have great communication skills and a demonstrable understanding of Retail Merchandising and Stock Planning.
