Front of House - Café Assistant – PART TIME
The Potting Shed Cafe at Roden Garden Centre opened Mid June 2023. Launched by the team behind Bowring Park Cafe, Wellington. Open 7 days per week serving breakfast, brunch and lunch.

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team. Shifts will be any day of the week. Own transport is essential due to location.
The role will require someone who can be front of house, use a coffee machine, carry out general cleaning duties, process orders on till, clear tables, basically a GREAT ALL-ROUNDER Previous experience is preferable, however thorough training will also be provided for the right candidate. What is essential however is a positive, can-do attitude and working as part of a team.
We pride ourselves on quality ingredients and making things in-house. We make all our own burgers, relishes, soups, curries, and chillies.
Customers are the heartbeat of our business therefore it is essential the successful candidate is engaging, friendly, helpful and puts customers first
The role is for 2-4 shifts per week, in the region of 12-28 hours with scope for more hours, particularly during the summer months. Hours of work will typically be 9.00am to 3.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE - Before applying, you must be able to get to TF6 6BP and be able to work WEEKDAYS & WEEKENDS. This role is not suitable for anyone in full time education as the shifts will be on WEEKDAYS.
