Technical Parts Support Operator
This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship - the successful applicant will need to have a pre-existing Right to Work in the UK in order to be offered an employment contract.
Location: Home based (with UK Travel).

The Job Role Details
We are looking for a Technical Parts Support Operator to join this specialist machinery manufacturer. The prime responsibility of this role will be the optimisation and installation of specialist heavy equipment and the supply of technical support and training to customers in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer installation & training of new and used heavy equipment.
* Performance monitoring and optimisation of agricultural and forestry product lines.
* Provide technical support to both external and internal customer base.
* Operator coaching & delivery of training.
* Marketing and demonstrations of machinery and equipment.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications
* Flexibility for extensive UK wide travel.
* Exceptional operational skills, ideally on similar heavy equipment.
* A technical aptitude on company products and control systems.
* Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and focus.
* Be conversant with modern IT systems.
* Work on own initiative whilst adding to the team dynamic.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
