About The Role
As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, advise on best practice, transform raw content into structured storyboards and engaging learning, guide content owners on course design and scripting, develop high‑quality, accessible learning using appropriate authoring tools, apply instructional design principles to create effective learning solutions, and create assessments to test knowledge and understanding.

* Has experience of creating engaging, accessible digital learning for diverse audiences
* Is confident using a range of design and authoring tools
* Produces high‑quality learning resources
* Applies inclusive design principles
* Builds strong relationships with stakeholders
* Is comfortable advising and supporting others to achieve effective learning outcomes
