If you've come from a sporting background, chances are you're already confident leading others, staying composed under pressure, and working as part of a team. Those skills are hugely valuable in schools.
We're currently supporting a number of secondary schools across Fleet and the surrounding areas, looking for motivated and energetic Sports Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors. No classroom experience? That's absolutely fine.
You don't need a teaching background to succeed in this role. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to lead a classroom. Full training and support will be provided before you begin.
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into lessons when teachers are unavailable and help maintain a productive learning environment.
