Telephone Collections Agent - Sheffield About the Role: Join a growing team just north of Sheffield City Centre, supporting customers in resolving overdue debts and setting up realistic payment plans. Hours & Pay: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Shifts between 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri), with occasional Saturdays Basic salary up to £23,810 (DOE) Performance bonuses - realistic earnings £30,000 per year Hybrid working available after 6 months (2 days from home) What You'll Be Doing: Make and receive calls to help individuals and businesses arrange payments Handle sensitive conversations professionally Accurately update customer records and payment details Work to personal/team targets in a supportive contact centre environment Follow industry regulations and internal processes What We're Looking For: Experience in a call centre or credit control role Confident communication and data entry skills Target-driven mindset - earn more based on results Strong IT skills - able to learn new systems quickly Comfortable making outbound calls, including challenging conversations Good problem-solving skills Location: Sheffield (S3 area) Requirements: Background checks (CCJ/DBS) apply before starting.
