Job Description
3. Overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department
4. Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals align with company objectives
6. Ensuring financial compliance and adherence to regulations
7. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information
8. Supervising, coaching, and developing team members
9. Utilising CCH software for accounting and financial management
10. Participating in critical business decisions as a member of the management team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager should have:
11. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
12. Professional qualification such as ACA
13. Proficiency in CCH software
14. Excellent leadership and team management skills
15. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
16. Deep understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
17. Excellent communication and presentation skills
