Insights Analyst - Brand Partnerships
We're looking for a curious and commercially minded Customer Insights Analyst to work with our Brand Partnerships team. In this role, you'll transform customer data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations that support partnerships and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
About the Role
The Insights Analyst will analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and partner activity to uncover trends and opportunities, while building clear, engaging insight reports that drive decision-making. You will be collaborating closely with our Brand Partnerships, Marketing and CRM teams to shape partner strategies and supporting testing-and-learning initiatives to optimise engagement and value.
Job Responsibilities include
* Responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of looking into our campaigns.
* Responsible for determining short term performance, tracking KPIs, longer term projects, and working with a variety of stakeholders.
* Measuring impact versus control groups, A/B tests, and determining and explaining uplift where possible.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with customer or marketing data as well presenting data, with the ability to turn complex insights into simple, actionable narratives. It is important that you have experience with tools such as SQL, Excel and Power BI. You will also have the following.
