Ark Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a fantastic growing organisation looking to strengthen its digital capability with the hire of a highly technical, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent digital marketing graduate or early career marketer with 6 months – 2 years’ experience, to join a collaborative team at a pivotal moment, just ahead of a major website relaunch in early 2026.
If you’re passionate about analytics, digital performance, and data-led decision making, this role offers fantastic exposure and hands‑on experience across PPC, SEO, UX, and traffic optimisation.
The Role

* Assist in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels.
* Report on digital performance and user behaviour, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Use data to support UX improvements and enhance customer journeys.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team on multi‑channel campaigns.
* Work closely with external partners during and after the website rebuild, ensuring tracking, tagging, and analytics are correctly implemented.
* Support A/B tests, landing page improvements, and conversion optimisation projects.
* Ensure best practices in measurement, tracking, and reporting across all digital activity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and curious, with a genuine passion for digital performance and marketing technology. Ideal for a junior marketer ready to grow quickly in a hands‑on environment.
You’ll bring:
* A marketing, digital marketing, or analytics‑related degree or 6 months – 2 years’ experience in a digital‑focused role.
* Strong understanding of GA4, website analytics, KPIs, and basic reporting.
* Exposure to PPC and SEO (either academic, agency, or hands‑on experience).
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and form actionable insights.
* Interest in user experience, customer journeys, and digital conversion funnels.
* Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Willingness to learn quickly and become confident using digital tools and platforms.
