The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with farmers, landowners, rural businesses and estates on a wide range of high:quality matters, with strong supervision and support available for candidates keen to deepen their technical expertise.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include advising on rural and agricultural property transactions, farm and land sales and purchases, transfers of equity and succession planning matters and Agricultural tenancies and property rights
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
Supporting business development and promoting the department
Skills Required
Applications are sought from Agriculture Property Solicitors with between 2:5 years' PQE in agricultural or rural property work, or comparable experience managing their own caseload
Be confident working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Demonstrate strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
Deliver high standards of client care and communication
