Main Responsibilities
* Conduct a minimum number of agreed one-to-one tutorials with each learner.
* Use a range of information and indicators, including: Attendance and punctuality.
Behaviour
* Academic team input (deadlines, assessment results, target grades, progress checks).
* Focus on target setting to support academic success.
* Cover all qualifications of study, including: Main subjects, English and Maths.
Essential Skills
* Successful experience of working with young people on a 1 : 1 and group basis to achieve their career goals (in education, youth work or a community setting).
* Proven experience of working with parents / carers of young people.
