We’re supporting a specialist school in Rugby that works with children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. The school is warm, structured, and highly supportive, with a strong focus onmunication, independence, and personal development.
Your new role
This is a flexible role offering a mix of morning‑call cover, pre‑booked supply days, and regular weekly gaps. For candidates who settle well and demonstrate strong SEN practice, there are also temp‑to‑perm pathways available.
You’ll be supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including autism, learning difficulties,munication needs, andplex support requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom
2. Encouraging engagement,munication, and positive behaviour
3. Assisting with structured learning and sensory‑based activities
4. Providing personal care where required
5. Working collaboratively with teachers and support teams
What We're Looking For
This school needs strong, confident SEN practitioners who can adapt quickly and support pupils with diverse needs. Reliability is essential, especially for morning‑call availability.
