My client is a fast-growing specialist solutions provider in construction, looking for a proactive professional to join their pre-contract team. You’ll combine technical insight with commercial acumen to win business, manage clients, and influence project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Own projects from enquiry to contract – you make it happen.
* Work with architects, engineers, and contractors on technically complex builds.
* Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and upsell opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and happy clients.
* Analyse pipelines and lost opportunities to maximise success.
* Build relationships with tier 1 contractors and leading construction companies.
Qualifications
* Have experience in construction, building services, or technical project delivery.
* Previous job titles could be - Commercial Estimator, Estimator, Senior Estimator, Assistant Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Technical Estimator, Project Coordinator, Pre-Contract Manager, Sales Estimator, Contracts Manager, Bid Manager or any role where you feel have relevant experience.
* Can balance commercial negotiation with technical problem-solving.
* Are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects.
