Your Role
In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, ensuring that we find the best talent to join our team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Publishing job adverts across various recruitment channels.
* Independently screening and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting phone interviews.
* Keeping applicants updated through phone, letter, and email.
* Being the friendly first point of contact for all external recruitment inquiries.
* Supporting and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Word, Excel, and databases.
* Experienced in recruitment (a huge plus!).
* A confident communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.
* Friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Organized, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
