Salary: £22.18 per hr (£43,251 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5hrsper week, on a shift rota
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence preferable

Youll Need
* First level registered RN-LD or RN-G
* Knowledge of, and interest in complex learning and physical disabilities is essential
* Experience in the management of gastrostomy devices, nasogastric tubes, indwelling catheters, nebuliser and oxygen therapy, as well as complex nutritional, postural, psychological, palliative and end of life care
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* The legal right to live and work in the UK
* Band 5 qualification or above
What Youll Be Doing
* Assess and deliver health care and support on a daily basis
* Management of gastrostomy devices, nasogastric tubes and indwelling catheters
* Managing palliative and end of life support
* Planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of support and health care
* Be a role model to other staff, mentor, advise and support the development of all workers ensuring consistent standards are maintained
* Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
