An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) Domestic. The post is suited to a motivated and experienced Domestic services worker to work in Clockview Hospital. The postholder(s) will provide a cleaning/housekeeping service around the Secure Division, ensuring that National cleaning standards, PLACE requirements, and CQC standards are met.
An opportunity has also arisen for a Facilities Management Assistant (Cleaning and Catering duties) to work as part of a team at Clock View Hospital, carrying out cleaning and catering duties to maintain high standards in line with National Standards. We seek a team member with a flexible approach, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to high-quality work.
You must have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work within an acute mental health ward environment, providing high standards of cleanliness at all times. The ability to work independently or as part of a team, along with an understanding of health and safety and safe working practices, is essential.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30; 32.5 hours per week. Some experience in a similar role is beneficial; however, full training will be provided. Required experience and training include NHS experience, safety, health, catering, or cleaning tasks. Experience in a similar role (cleaning or catering), NHS experience, knowledge of the National Standards of Cleanliness, NHS Colour Coding, and experience dealing with people are preferred.
