We currently have a position for the role of Customer Service Advisor. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Respond effectively to all customer enquiries and order enquiries.
* Carry out customer order processing with existing and new designs, liaising internally to capture best delivery dates and sorting amendments.
* Provide to customers all necessary product and process information.
* Accurately maintain customer and procedure records.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 1 to 2 years customer services experience within a similar role.
* Preference for Industry background – comfort with technical terms
