Title: Male Support Worker - Full UK manual driving licence
Location: Milton Keynes - Bletchley
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent, working alternate weekends
Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or in residential settings is preferred. Full training will be provided for newcomers. We seek caring, compassionate individuals eager to make a difference.

Support Worker Duties
* Supporting residents in developing independence and life skills
* Assisting with daily activities like arts, crafts, hobbies
* Developing person-centered plans including employment and education
* Maintaining records and conducting risk assessments
* Providing personal care and promoting independence
