Join WSP’s 2026 Graduate Programme in our Roads team and help design and deliver infrastructure that improves how people travel across the UK and Ireland.
About the role
As a Graduate Engineer you will work on National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks, major projects and local improvements including active‑travel, walking and cycling schemes. Your day‑to‑day activities will include designing and drafting transport solutions, attending site visits and inspections, analysing and reporting data, coordinating projects, communicating with stakeholders and assisting senior engineers.

Graduate Development Programme
Our two‑year programme offers core business and professional skills training, career‑development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration, and on‑the‑job experience.
What we are looking for
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 from a master’s or bachelor’s degree relevant to the role.
* Enthusiastic about engineering and problem‑solving.
* Passionate about creating new ideas and inspiring others.
* Ready to start work in either April or September 2026.
* Completed the full application and online skill assessment.
