About the Role We are seeking a committed and resilient Residential Youth Support Worker to join a dedicated team within a children’s residential home in East Sussex. Our home provides high-quality, nurturing care for children and young people aged 7–19 who have experienced significant trauma and are unable to live in foster care settings. Some young people may also have learning disabilities or additional complex needs. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, stable, and supportive environment where young people can heal, develop independence, and achieve their potential.
