About the Role (CIS)
As a self‑employed contractor, you'll work independently or alongside our in‑house team to deliver premium landscape construction. You'll be engaged on a project‑by‑project basis under CIS, with prompt payment terms and clear communication throughout.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Proven experience in hard landscaping.
• Skilled in laying paving, setts, and stone.
• Ability to construct decking and fencing to a high standard.
• Knowledge of planting, turfing, and seeding.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and assist with setting out.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving, and logical thinking.
• Ability to work independently or within a small team.
• Commitment to safe working practices and correct PPE use.
