This role involves providing maintenance, repair, and general handyman services across the company premises to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are maintained.
* Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed.
* Assist in the setup and installation of equipment and fixtures.
* Identify and report potential hazards or issues that could impact safety or operations.
* Support ongoing maintenance and improvement projects around the premises.
