Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: Proven track record as a Product Manager in a digital or technology-led environment Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-powered products Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) Knowledge of NLP, classification, extraction, summarisation Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar architectures Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. legal, financial services, healthcare) Strong Agile delivery experience working with cross-functional teams Experience with legal technology or legal workflows (highly desirable) Understanding of contract lifecycle management (highly desirable) Knowledge of document automation or review systems (highly desirable) Familiarity with compliance or regulatory processes (highly desirable) Experience evaluating third-party AI vendors and tools (highly desirable) Applicants must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
