Interim Infrastructure Support Analyst
Day rate depending upon experience Inside IR35
Location Remote (Ideally 1 day a week in Spalding – can claim expenses)
Hours of work Monday to Friday
6 month contract

* Provide high-quality, customer-focused support, handling every call with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
* Take ownership of issues, prioritising based on service level and business-critical needs and ensuring rapid, effective resolution.
* Drive proactive improvements – from refining infrastructure and enhancing security to reducing support calls with smart, forward-thinking solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, offering cost-effective recommendations and consultancy-level guidance to the business.
* Share your knowledge and expertise, contributing to team training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
* Uphold and enhance IS standards and policies while ensuring best practice in security and compliance.

* A strong technical background in servers, networks, security, and infrastructure management.
* Proven ability to solve complex problems, often taking on the toughest challenges.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
