We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team based in Bartley Lodge, Cadnam. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,500 per annum, depending on experience and venue. All we ask is that our people have the right mind-set which is highlighted in our core values: Be BRAVE, take ownership Collaborate together as a TEAM Develop, NURTURE and care Be OPEN and communicate honestly Our Housekeeping Supervisor will have: - The ability to manage a small team of housekeepers - The ability to be hands-on, we are a small team and this is an operational role, you will be required to clean bedrooms and other areas of the hotel, on quieter days you may be the only housekeeper on shift - The ability to uphold and manage extremely high levels of cleanliness and standards - Excellent time management skills - Excellent stock control skills - An understanding of the importance of adhering to health and safety standards - A practical and confident approach to problem-solving - A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Our ideal Housekeeping Supervisor will be: - Full of energy and enthusiasm with a personality to match - Passionate about hospitality and delivering an exceptionally high standard of service to customers - Available to work 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays - Have your own transport as public transport links are limited Are you the one?
