We are looking for a Resourcer to join our Recruitment team in Leavesden to generate and maintain talent pools of suitable candidate to enable successful recruitment activity across an Operating Unit and/or Enabling Function.
What you’ll do:
1. Work to a job description, generating candidate shortlists and ensuring candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/ telephone interviewing them against the brief given.
2. Assist the recruitment team to generate initial shortlists of candidates utilising various methods of attraction to source candidates.
3. Create talent pools of candidates with a focus on diversity.
4. Help to manage the candidate relationship and experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
5. Create unique recruitment attraction campaigns for social media, job boards, websites etc to increase attraction across different demographics.
6. Own the creation of routine and ad-hoc reports from the recruitment system.
7. Use the recruitment system at all stages of the recruitment process and understand trends from the data generated.
8. Share knowledge and insight of market trends generously.
9. Proactively support ad hoc projects as agreed.
What you’ll bring to the role:
10. Computer literacy with strong experience of Microsoft Office
11. Knowledge and interest in using social media.
12. Creativity and ability to think of new ideas.
13. Understanding of the importance of the candidate experience
14. High level of attention to detail
15. Good planning & time management skills enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities.
16. Highly motivated to deliver and work under pressure
