Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Various locations - Newcastle and surrounding areas
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Protocol Education is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and positive individuals to join our team as Sports Graduate Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about sports and education, eager to make a difference in young learners' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to pupils with various Special Educational Needs (SEN).
2. Assist with general classroom activities and support the class teacher.
3. Encourage and motivate students through sports and physical activities.
4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
1. A-level, foundation degree, or a degree in Sports or a related field.
2. A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
5. Provide two or more references covering the last 24 months.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
