* Support delivery of online and in‑person member events.
* Develop and uphold Service Level Agreements.
* Identify and escalated issues, opportunities, and improvements.
* Act as an advocate for members, ensuring their needs and voices are reflected across IChemE.

Essential experience and qualifications:

* Degree or 5+ years’ relevant experience.
* Experience in a membership organisation, university, charity, or corporate environment.
* Proven ability to increase engagement and drive improvements.
* Working towards or holding a qualification in business/project/community/customer service management (desirable).

You will be able to demonstrate:

* Strong project and time‑management skills.
* Experience improving processes and ways of working.
* Ability to work at pace and support organisational change.
* Sound judgement and evidence‑based decision‑making.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement with positive feedback.
* Budget management and financial awareness.
* Commitment to evaluation, data, and impact.
* Effective teamwork and strong cross‑department collaboration.
