About you 1-5 years' experience in facilities, contracts, or service management Advanced IT proficiency Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and organisational policies Experience preparing business cases, tenders, or procurement documentation Confident managing contracts, KPIs, and supplier performance Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of business continuity and organisational resilience principles Able to work to equality, health & safety, and information governance standards Access to Basic Access NI clearance What you'll do Support delivery of supplies and services across the estate, on time and within budget Provide full contract management, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met Prepare business cases, tenders, quotations, and procurement documentation Drive continuous improvement to maximise value for money Embed sustainability and best practice into contract specifications Handle customer queries and complaints, seeing issues through to resolution Ensure compliance with governance, financial, and procurement frameworks For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
