We're now looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our growing site — a key role supporting our operational excellence, leading our transport team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery operations every day.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Lead and manage the day-to-day transport operations with a visible on-site presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
* Conduct regular 1:1s and performance management discussions
* Oversee compliance activity, ensuring all legal and safety standards are met and maintained
* Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the transport team
* Report operational performance and improvements to senior management
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Must hold Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential)
* Must be named on the O-licence (essential)
* Proven transport management experience (essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
