The post holder will work alongside the Pre-operative Assessment Nurse Specialist Team to undertake pre-operative assessments for patients referred into the service; and to assist with the management of a large caseload of patients who are coming to clinic. Main duties of the job Undertake bloods and ECGs. Take observations. Height and weight and BMI. MRSA and MSU collection. Undertaking of audits. Supporting the nursing staff as required with filling, photocopying etc. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
