* Strong knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, and reporting
* Experience managing outsourced and in-house payroll models
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Advanced Excel and payroll systems experience

* Lead global payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Manage payroll controls, reporting, and reconciliations
* Partner with Finance teams on payroll data and reporting
* Drive payroll process improvements and system enhancements
