We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting our CEO/Principle while leading the day-to-day running of our school office. This role is part of Fedcap UK’s Education practice area and you will be working for BP Learning UK Ltd. Salary: Term-time working with salary paid at £28,500 - £33,500 Location: On-site, Doncaster (DN12 4EE) Work pattern: Monday–Friday, 8:30–16:30 Travel: Occasional travel to other schools – driving licence & own vehicle required Annual Leave: Up to 13 weeks off per year aligned to school holidays What You’ll Be Doing Office & Operations Leadership Line manage office, site, and transport staff Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations across the school Support, supervise and develop staff. including performance management and professional development Lead a professional and welcoming front-office service for learners, parents, and visitors Maintain efficient filing, documentation and compliance systems both digital and paper-based Communication & Coordination Act as a first point of contact for staff seeking advice on key policies Manage communications with parents and schools regarding timetables, attendance and key updates Maintain accurate learner records, including system setup and documentation Support with the management of SLAs including landscaping, IT, and sports provision Transport & Logistics Oversee learner transport arrangements Negotiate with providers, manage budgets and coordinate daily logistics Lead procurement and set-up of a new minibus transport system Digital & Administrative Support Manage the Big Picture Doncaster website and update social media platforms Provide reprographics, IT and general administrative support to staff Process DBS checks and references for new starters Support CEO/Principle Prioritise and filter calls and requests, ensuring effective time management Draft high-quality communications and documents on behalf of the CEO Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, visits and engagements Attend key meetings, including personnel, governance and leadership sessions—to take minutes and coordinate follow-up actions Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by the CEO What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Professional, discreet and confident handling confidential information An excellent communicator who builds positive relationships across teams Experienced in managing staff and coordinating smooth operational processes Skilled in administration, time-management and accurate record keeping Confident using digital tools, systems and social media Motivated to support a positive, learner-centred school environment Committed to safeguarding, equality, and high professional standards Ready to Make an Impact?
