About the Role
This is a flexible opportunity – full-time, part-time or fixed term.
As a Qualified Lawyer you will provide advice based on policy and legislation. We are looking for someone with expertise in Trust administration and a broad understanding of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and simple Court of Protection work. This role requires you to adopt a client-first mindset, ensuring each matter is handled with care and efficiency.
About you
You must have a robust knowledge of a full range of WTP caseload and have experience of case management and managing a portfolio. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions with the support of Partners within the team. You will manage a fee earning target and you must be able to communicate effectively on every level. To be successful you must be able to work independently, be self-motivated but also work well in a team. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to explain complex legal issues in a clear, sensitive, and jargon-free way. You must be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
