As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving thebusiness forward. You will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, guiding customers towards the most appropriate product, and closing sales with a keen understanding of their needs.
Day to day of the role:
* Demonstrating suitable product options to customers, adapting to their buying strategy, and facilitating test drives.
* Negotiating price, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
* Engaging in training and development opportunities to support the Group’s objectives.
* Coordinating with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, placing orders, updating records, and scheduling additional services before delivery.
* Conducting follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business.
* Planning and organising daily selling activities, such as making calls to prospects to generate new business.
* Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to deliver seamless customer service.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch) and a standard day off during the week.
* Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
* Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (on a rota basis)
