An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Automated Software Tester to join a collaborative and supportive team working onsite in Cheltenham. In this role, you will:
* Build and maintain automation pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
* Implement and manage CI/CD processes to support software development teams.
* Develop BASH scripts and work extensively within Linux environments.
* Conduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure system performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver scalable and supportable technical solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Automation experience (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)
* Strong background in functional and non-functional testing
* Proficiency in BASH scripting
* Active or recently active DV clearance
* Experience working in software development teams
* Understanding of software development practices
* Experience with containerisation (e.g., Docker)
* GitLab experience for version control and CI/CD
* Background in network-focused software development
