The Role As Administrator, youll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. From handling calls and emails to managing paperwork, updating databases, and supporting the finance team, no two days will be the same. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, delivering excellent service. Carry out a variety of administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and data entry. Keep internal databases, systems, and records accurate and up to date. Support financial tasks such as invoicing, using Microsoft Office and Xero (or similar). Organise and support meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external partners to support ongoing projects. Provide general admin support to different departments to meet deadlines and business objectives. Ensure the office remains organised and well-stocked with supplies. What Were Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of accounting or business software (Xero experience is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
