Role Overview
As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding telephone and front‑desk service.
* Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans.
* Discuss and present finance options professionally.
* Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care.
* Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments.
