About the Company
A well-regarded, design-focused architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with extensive industry experience and strong Revit skills to join its energetic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to be part of a collaborative studio delivering large-scale, high-impact projects across multiple sectors. While experience in healthcare is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The key criteria are experience beyond small-scale residential projects and a strong passion for excellent design and technical delivery.

Core working week: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday remote with a 3:30pm finish

Lead and contribute to technical stages on medium- to large-scale projects
Prepare and manage detailed technical design packages using Revit
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
Attend and present at internal and external meetings
Coordinate technical delivery from design development through project completion
Ensure all work meets quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when appropriateIdeal Candidate
Experienced Architectural Technologist with substantial professional experience
Proficient in Revit with strong technical and detailing capabilities
Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, or public buildings
Practical, collaborative, and effective within multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communicator, both visually and verbally
Committed to delivering sustainable, thoughtful design solutions
Ambitious, proactive, and ready to contribute to a high-performing studio
