Shifts
All Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work every other weekend as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service. Early shifts starting at 7am and late shifts ending at 10pm.

Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of residents.
* Encourage independence and self-belief.
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
* Personable, an effective communicator, and a team player.
* Passionate about delivering quality care service.
* Flexible with hours.
