Quality Assurance Manager (Fixed-Term)

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £42,970 per annum

Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, monitor and review quality assurance systems and practice across the college.
* Work collaboratively with the Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality and colleagues from across the College.
* Create a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with awarding organisation regulations.
* Support the delivery of excellence in all aspects of the College’s work, particularly in teaching and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
* Evidence of high performance in previous roles, with a proven track record leading to credibility and authority.
* Highly organised and methodical, with strong leadership skills.
* Relevant work experience in the higher education sector to underpin quality assurance practice.
* Undergoing or completed DBS check; enhanced DBS check required.
