Job Title: Senior Account Director – Remote IT Solutions (UK-Based)

Key Role Responsibilities
* Drive new business sales across midmarket and enterprise accounts (UK & global)
* Leverage existing relationships and personal network to generate GP from day one
* Own the entire sales cycle—prospect, quote, close, and grow
* Deliver £15k+ GP/month within 6 months (ramp plan provided)
* Position yourself as a trusted advisor across a wide technology stack
* Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and marketing to tailor winning solutions
* Maintain pipeline accuracy and regular CRM updates
Key Attributes Required
* 10+ years of success in IT reseller / VAR environments, especially in the £5m–£50m space
* Demonstrated ability to consistently win and grow net-new business
* Strong understanding of multi-vendor solutions – cloud, comms, security, infrastructure
* Independent, motivated, and confident in a self-managed remote role
* Commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and passionate about earning big
Not Suitable For:
* Candidates from MSP, public sector backgrounds, or large corporate VARs (e.g. CDW, Softcat, Computacenter)
* Candidates currently out of work
