Infrastructure manager

The Role

TechNest is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our cloud and infrastructure estate, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

You'll lead a small team of cloud and infrastructure engineers (<10 heads) and be responsible for both the day-to-day operation of critical services and the delivery of infrastructure projects and change initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure our infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and fit for future growth.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical infrastructure knowledge with proven experience leading teams, managing suppliers, and delivering change in complex environments.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives, helping to modernise our technology estate through cloud adoption, automation, migration, and continuous improvement. You'll manage priorities, resources, budgets, risks, and timelines while ensuring solutions meet business and security requirements.
