Mller UK & Ireland is the UK’s leading private label dairy brand. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Application Analyst to join our dynamic team and help deliver reliable, high‑performing BI solutions across the business.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BI solutions, ensuring reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement high‑availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere data models and reports.
* Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations).
* Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems.
* Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
* Lead full lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Experience with SAP front‑end tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud).
* Familiarity with Databricks (bonus).
* Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies.
* Proven relationship and service level management skills.
