Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the operationsteam Manage andmaintainaccuraterecords,reportsanddocumentation Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce spreadsheets,reportsandcorrespondence Maintain and update data within Business Central and SharePoint Coordinate job information,schedulesand operational paperwork Handle written and verbal communication with internal teams,clientsandsuppliers Support invoicing, jobtrackingand operational reporting Ensurehigh levelsof accuracy and attention to detail in alltasks Assistwith problem-solving and day-to-day operationalqueries Support continuous improvement of administrative and operationalprocesses Desirable Criteria: Strong IT skills are essential for this role, including: Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Ability to learn how to use financial and operational software packagese.g.Workpal Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central beneficial but not essential Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task Demonstrated initiative andhigh levelsofenergy Excellent communication skills and work ethics Closing date for all applications is: Friday 27 th February 2026.
