About The Role
Support students in their personal and academic development, helping them reach their full potential as independent learners. Responsibilities include supporting disaffected and disengaged young people to optimise learning opportunities.
Term time working 37 weeks per year, 37 hours per week with a salary of £21,671 including holiday payment.

Qualifications
Proactive, compassionate, and motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) essential. Flexibility to changing priorities and diverse needs of students. Experience supporting young people with mental health needs beneficial.
