Associate Business Analyst – UK based, Remote
As an Associate Business Analyst, your role will be to support our Finance and Operations teams with insightful analysis, reporting, and process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career, ideally with around 3 years' experience, eager to learn, ask questions, and grow their skills in a dynamic tech environment.
You will help us understand key business trends, identify inefficiencies, and support smarter decision-making, while developing your skills in analytics, SaaS metrics, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in analyzing business and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
2. Support the development of dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
3. Help create and deliver regular reports.
4. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes through data gathering and preparation.
5. Support the review and improvement of internal processes, especially around reporting and decision support.
6. Work with Salesforce to extract and analyze data on sales, revenue, and pipeline activity.
7. Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to understand business needs.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects and sprint cycles.
9. Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and performance reviews.
10. Document analysis methods and ensure clean, traceable reporting.
Experience, Attitudes & Core Skills:
* Approximately 3 years of professional experience, including at least one role in a junior business analysis or data-focused position.
* Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools; Salesforce exposure is a plus.
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets.
* Motivated, inquisitive, and a self-starter who enjoys data exploration.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, coaching, and trying new approaches.
Bonus Skills:
* Familiarity with SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
* Experience with budgeting or forecasting processes.
