About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our series of shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key moments from podcasts, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can impact lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating compelling content that motivates, inspires, and enhances the brand identity of each show. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, shares, and captures attention—is vital.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
2. Edit and clip videos from long-form episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the tone and style of the podcasts.
3. Optimize YouTube channels by enhancing content visibility through compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features to accelerate growth.
4. Create and curate AI-assisted visual content including photos, graphics, and videos, maintaining consistent branding and editorial standards.
5. Schedule and upload content across YouTube and social media in alignment with marketing calendars and partner needs.
6. Write engaging copy utilizing AI tools, maintaining a consistent tone that reflects each podcast's values.
7. Manage community interactions by monitoring comments and messages to foster a positive audience environment.
8. Track performance metrics using analytics tools like YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights, providing reports and insights to refine strategies.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels with increased engagement and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills.
* Video editing expertise using Adobe Premiere and AI tools such as Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
* Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content like thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
